INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Roasted tinned chickpeas
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp Dried coriander
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Drain the chickpeas until fully strained.
- Place the chickpeas into a medium bowl, add the herbs, spices and olive oil.
- Once fully mixed through, place onto a baking tray that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Place into the oven until golden brown/crunchy.
- Serve cold.
